“I love my apartment don’t get me wrong but there was a HUGE MISUNDERSTANDING about what I was told vs what I received. Leasing agent Halley told me I would get two free months of rent and three free months of parking in the garage. I did receive the first month free but the second month wasn’t honored. To make matters worst. I felt pressured to apply for the apartment but after hearing the fantastic offer I was receiving. I applied. So comes my second month here at Elliston and I had to pay the full months rent. I even showed them the follow up email I received from Halley but of course the second month of rent wasn’t honored. When I tell you it pissed me off. I was highly upset. Management of course came with an excuse that didn’t make matters any better. Other than that issue about my second month of rent being free. I love it here.”
