The house is on a super quiet street on James Island, surrounded by woods and wildlife, so it's really peaceful after a long shift. Location-wise, it's perfect--you're only 10 minutes from both the downtown MUSC campus and Folly Beach. For errands, there are three grocery stores within a mile (Walmart is literally < 0.5 mile away). Inside, everything is totally move-in ready. Every room has a queen bed, and you'll have full access to the living room and the kitchen.

* Quick note on pets & allergies: We have two friendly Aussie mixes who live downstairs 100% of the time. If you have allergies, we highly recommend grabbing one of the upstairs rooms! Because of our pups, we can't allow any other pets.
* Smoking/Drugs: Strictly no smoking or drugs on the property.
* Expectations: We expect everyone to be respectful and considerate of one another. Since others live here and will be working demanding schedules, please keep noise levels down and always clean up after yourself in the shared spaces.
