As soon as you ascend, you will find a beautifully remodeled kitchen with all brand new stainless appliances, granite counter tops, bar stool seating for 2 and an additional dining table for 4 just adjacent. There is a fully remodeled bath with large stand up shower just off the kitchen and large closet for clothing storage. You will love the vaulted ceilings with tons of natural light flooding in. The living room contains additional clothing storage as well as a comfortable queen murphy bed that conveniently folds away to provide more space when not in use. There is also a fully covered porch with small dining table and seating with a birds eye view of the pool, grilling deck, and garden courtyard just below. Heading up to the loft, you will find another comfortable queen bed with a 40+" roku tv and all tv's have premium cable in addition to streaming options in case you want to watch local channels.
