Upstairs, there are four bedrooms and two large bathrooms, as well as large bonus room that can be used as an extra study room, gaming room, or second living room. The basement provides lots of storage space and has a free washer and dryer. You’ll fall in love with the house’s unique character, from its stunning stonework and intricate architectural details outside to the grand staircase, arched doors, built-ins, and secret back staircase inside. Rental amount reflected is for 8 tenants only. Each additional tenant is $300 up to 11 occupants. Parking is available at an extra cost. Parking is first come, first serve.
