Consistent job history - 1 yr. min. at current job preferred, less than 1 yr. may be considered w/ additional deposit
Reputable rental history (will need to provide references)
Recommended credit score minimum 600 (no rental disputes, evictions, outstanding utility bills, etc.)
No criminal history
Credit and background check must be completed after meeting pre-screening standards (each adult planning to reside in house must complete application). Application fee is non-refundable.
