No Smoking 6-Month lease TESTIMONIALS FOR DAVE SMITH AS LANDLORD: Dave is a fantastic landlord. He is extremely good at communicating and always responds promptly. I’ve worked with numerous landlords and Dave was the best. We stayed at his PA property and never ran into any issues as the house was in great condition. However, if we did, I’m confident Dave would have quickly resolved the problem. I highly recommend renting from Dave. He made the process easy from start to finish. Jonathan F. (phone number available upon request) To whom it may concern: Dave Smith was our landlord at 2104 W First St unit 1804, Fort Myers, FL for 9 months (while we researched and found a home to buy). The unit was terrific, clean, beautiful and well maintained. Dave left us all the information we needed about access to the unit, building and garage. A very organized process (he has the process down completely). Any questions we had he was always available right away. I would rent from Dave again if the need arose. Thank you. Steve E.
