Pets: Pets are considered; however, some dog breeds are not permitted. Check with us regarding your breed of dog(s). For each allowable dog, there is a $200 one-time non-refundable fee and $50/month. For each cat, there is a $100 one-time non-refundable fee and $30/month.
Tenant qualifications: Combined monthly income must be 3x monthly rent (unemployment income not considered). We check credit (minimum score 600), criminal background, rental/eviction history, and references. There is a $45 application fee per adult tenant (and cosigner, if applicable). All adult tenants (and cosigners) must apply separately, so that we can screen everyone individually. If you have a Section 8 voucher, please ask us about our Section 8 tenant qualifications.
Lease term: 12 months.
