Kitchens include dishwasher and built in microwaves Included in rent is Gas (heat, cooking and hot water), high speed internet, basic and standard cable, trash, water/sewer and pool. The only utility you pay is electric which is lights and whatever plugs in (including electric stove). Laundry facilities on site next to the pool. Plenty of off street parking.

Completely smoke free property and do not rent to anyone that smokes or vapes. Sorry, we do not allow pets.

Security deposit is $500. Application fees are $50 per person which are waived if you are a student. We do not do credit checks on students but we do require parental guarantees for all students. For international students and those students unable to obtain a parental guarantee, we require that last two months rent be paid prior to move in.
