3 Bed 2 Bath Seasonal Rental

THIS IS A SUMMER SEASONAL RENTAL! It is currently booked or occupied until August 2026. Available most of August and September! No, the owner will not consider a long-term tenant. Sorry. Come enjoy your vacation in this beautifully updated home in the center of town. Stay less than a mile from Incline Beach, Burnt Cedar Beach, the IVGID Recreation Center, Championship Golf course and all that Incline has to offer. You will be amazed by the luxury finishes and the bright and cheery upper level, complete with air conditioning! No corner was left untouched in the remodel- the home features an amazing kitchen, large deck, gas fireplace, an Kohler Smart Toilet (with heated seat!) and a soaking tub. The two-car garage has an EV charger and plenty of storage for your Tahoe toys. Flexible on the lease length- the owners use it when it's empty but can accommodate most requests.
