Overall rating
The apartment does not match the description when I first toured. First of all, the amenity should include valet trash service, but it was cancelled only two months after I moved in for no reason. And since the valet trash service is billed afterwards, we had to pay an extra month of valet trash fee. Secondly, the new amenity that the leasing office promised to be finished by 'late summer to early fall 2024' was never true. The new clubhouse, the pool, the gym, the pet bath etc. were not finished even AFTER I had moved out in March 2025. Third, the apartment does not match the description given by the leasing office when I chose the unit. I had called in and confirmed repeatedly with the leasing office about the orientation of the unit I chose, which was supposed to face the golf course, only to find out on MOVE-IN DAY that it is facing the parking lot. What a surprise. They offered another unit facing the golf course, which is not available until two weeks later. I had already moved in at this point and was too tired to move all my stuff again. And lastly, most of the electric outlets in the unit were not working properly. The water heater was off. The dishwasher was leaking. The maintenance staff were kind enough to come in and fix most of the stuff, which shouldn't most of these problems be checked when the apartment was cleaned and ready to be handed to the next tenant? OH AND ALSO the lawns in the community were full of dog poop. It was really frustrating to walk my dog around the community and had to avoid stepping on dog poop. Overall, the apartment was a disappointment and I would not recommend it before they can fix all the said problems.
