Monthly cleaning is included in the rental, and is required. Guests must allow cleaners to enter and clean the property at the end of each month

60 day stay min required; Rentals longer than 28 days require background checks for all non-booking and/or non-verified adults staying on the property. Lake use, primarily swimming and boating, is at the risk and liability of the individuals. We highly recommend use of life vests. Motorized watercraft are illegal on the lake.
