AVAILABILITY:
Monthly rentals are available between October 20, 2026 - December 20, 2026 only. This rate does not apply to 2027 - 2028 rental.
This property is primarily a vacation rental, and availability is subject to change as vacation rental bookings are made. The listing is updated weekly to reflect current availability. Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.
STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters' insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant's expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.
QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.

The open floor plan makes a perfect space to host your family while giving space for everyone to spread out. A pass-through window in the kitchen that opens to the dining room ensures that the chef of the family can always be part of the action. The kitchen table gives a cozy space for all to gather and enjoy family meals or a board game. There are two covered porches located off the front of the house that can be accessed from the dining room and living room. Furnished with tables and chairs, this is the perfect spot for watching magnificent sunsets and sound views in the evening. After watching the sun set over the Intracoastal waterway, you can sink into the comfy sofa and enjoy your favorite movie on the convenient Roku TV.
A large shaded screened-in porch off the rear primary bedroom is a great get-away spot for guests seeking some peace a quiet. Furnished with outdoor love seats, lounge chairs, lamps, and tables, this is the preferred space for curling up with a good book. At the end of the covered carport is a private fenced garden area with a charcoal grill and picnic table so that you can enjoy grilling in the beautiful beach weather and salt air. The primary bedroom has two queen beds, a private bathroom, and direct access to the back deck.
Down the hallway you will find two guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. There is a hall bath that services the guest bedrooms and access to the rear screened porch at the end of the hall. With 3 covered porches, plenty of outside space to lounge, and a small sandy beach that emerges at low tide at the end of the street - everyone in the family will have a great time playing in the calm waters of the Intracoastal. And don't forget that the ocean access is just 1.5 blocks from the cottage!

Parking: Off-street parking for 5+ cars. Boat trailers are allowed in the driveway.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV's, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $400 per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs
