Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. At the end of the covered carport is a private fenced in garden area with grill and picnic table so that you can enjoy grilling in the beautiful beach weather and salt air. The master bedroom has two queen beds, a private bathroom, and direct access to the back deck. Down the hallway you will find two guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. There is a hall bath that services the guest bedrooms and access to the rear screened porch at the end of the hall. With 3 covered porches, plenty of outside space to lounge, and a small sandy beach that emerges at low tide at the end of the street – everyone in the family will have a great time playing in the calm waters of the Intracoastal.
