STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters' insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant's expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.

The primary bedroom is at the end of the hall and provides travelers with a cozy queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom.
Assigned parking for this unit is located behind the property in the gravel lot. The entrance to the property is accessed via the left-hand exterior stairwell and the entry door is on the right once you reach the top of the stairs. There is an onsite private laundry room for added convenience. The laundry facilities locked in privacy and are located on the ground level inside a storage room. Keys to access this room are located inside the property
