Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. There is an onsite private laundry room for added convenience. The laundry facilities locked in privacy and are located on the ground level inside a storage room.
