FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. DESCRIPTION: This three-story townhome is nestled in the Sea View Subdivision; a beautifully maintained neighborhood opposite the beach. With a ground-floor entrance and an elevator, you can get the car loaded/unloaded easily! Once you enter the ground floor entry door, the foyer area houses the elevator, the laundry area, and leads you to the first bedroom. This bedroom has a Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and large tiled shower. The room has a small workstation and also has access to a small private porch that looks out over the retention pond. A set of stairs or the elevator takes you to the second floor that has three additional bedrooms and two baths. The primary bedroom on this floor has a King bed, a small workstation, an ensuite bathroom with another double vanity and large tiled shower and a private balcony overlooking the retention ponds. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and television in the room just as all of the other rooms. The third bedroom with a twin bunk bed, a queen-sized bed, and a trundle bed. There is a hall bathroom with beautiful tile floors, a double vanity, and shower tub combination. On the top floor, the living room boasts a very open and well-lit floorplan that makes for a wonderful gathering place for all. There is a large dining table that seats eight and additional seating at the island. Conveniently located on this floor is a half bathroom. There is also a balcony with ample seating that offers an amazing water view. You will only be a short walk to the private beach access that is right across the street. *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
