Pets are not allowed. Required application for each adult staying in the home. Fee is $25.00 per applicant. Credit and Criminal Background Check is performed on each adult. Security Deposit amount is based upon credit score and lack of previous rental history. If credit score is less than 600, 2 months of security deposit will be required, ($2,500 + $2,500 = $5,000) in addition to the 1st months prorated rent.
