“Office staff is amazing! Great price, great neighborhood parking can be a bit tight sometimes in my building but not terrible. I have entered 4 maintenance request for a simple icemaker repair and it still not fixed…. They replace the previous one with another one from a vacant unit and it still not working. Also not the gym, business center and even maybe the pool is only available for tenants to access during business hours. That’s the only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars maintenance and lack of access to amenities.”
