There is a dedicated dining room and large pantry storage off the kitchen plus an additional storage/bonus room. The primary bedroom is generously sized with lots of windows and a decorative (non-working) fireplace that adds character to the space. The other two bedrooms are also well proportioned with good light.

The unit includes 2 assigned off-street parking spots and is located in a residential neighborhood within walking distance to major retail establishments, restaurants, churches, the library, the city park, and the downtown.
