Verified residentYou have to pay for valet trash pickup and several times a month, the service is not provided. You must accept the $75/mo 'internet & cable' package. Have had two packages stolen from the secure mail room. Tenants or their guests have broken water pipes & caused building alarm to go off late at night on multiple occasions. Sound-proofing is not good. Management is nice and the units are new which are positives.
