Property DescriptionLooking for a place you can settle into for a few years? That's exactly who this home is for.
Tucked into a quiet neighborhood on Owensboro's west end, this well-maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sits just minutes from the bypass -- so you get a calm street to come home to and a short, easy drive to wherever you're headed.
Inside, the essentials are already handled: a brand-new, high-efficiency HVAC system (lower utility bills and no summer surprises), a full stainless steel appliance package with dishwasher, washer/dryer hookups, and a 2-car garage with genuine storage space. Out back, a private deck opens onto a fully fenced yard.
And the lawn is on us. Mowing and lawn maintenance are included in the rent -- no mower to buy, no Saturdays lost to yard work.
This is an owner-maintained home, and we're looking for residents who plan to stay. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and we're glad to discuss a longer initial lease term or a multi-year renewal for a well-qualified applicant.
