With free parking included, you'll never have to worry about finding a spot when you come home. Located close to campus, this apartment is ideal for students or anyone looking for convenience. We are offering no contact tours, virtual tours or guided upon request. Renter is responsible for for utilities, landlord is responsible for lawn care, snow removal and trash. Move-in requires a security deposit (one month's rent) and the first month's rent. We are pet-friendly with a $200 one time non-refundable fee and $20 monthly rent per pet. Applicants must have a 620+ credit score and monthly income of at least 2.5x the rent. A $50 application fee applies for credit and background screening.
