Verified residentReview source: verified residentThere is no management, no way to do your laundry or get packages. It’s in the worst area of carbondale, there were shooting multiple times a week outside my front door. The people are terrible and sketchy. My apartment had a brown recluse infestation and there were cockroaches EVERYWHERE the size of my palm. It’s not a clean place to live either. The “management” is horrible and are only available once a week for an hour? so there was no way to get my maintenance done, get my packages from the locked mail room, or put money on my laundry card
