The Medical, Law and Dental Schools, as well as the Hawkeye Sports Complex are only a short walk away. The efficient and modern galley kitchen contains a full sized electric range and an 18 cubic foot energy-efficient refrigerator, dishwasher and built-in microwave. A pass-through opening with dining bar bring the kitchen and Great Room together for a cozy, homey feel. The Great Room connects, via a sliding glass door to an ample covered private deck or patio. Each apartment is served by separate high efficiency heating and air-conditioning units, giving you have complete control of your own comfort.
