Benton Villa is nestled into a residential neighborhood in close proximity to the Westside campus of the University of Iowa. The Medical, Law and Dental Schools, as well as the Hawkeye Sports Complex are only a short walk away. Each apartment has a spacious Great-Room style living area with plenty of room for a dining table and sectional couch. The efficient and modern galley kitchen contains a full sized electric range and an 18 cubic foot energy-efficient refrigerator, dishwasher and built-in microwave. A pass-through opening with dining bar bring the kitchen and Great Room together for a cozy, homey feel. The Great Room connects, via a sliding glass door to an ample covered private deck or patio. Each apartment is served by separate high efficiency heating and air-conditioning units, giving you have complete control of your own comfort. Rent Includes High Speed Internet (Wireless NOT included - but you may bring and set up your own wireless router). Assurance Property Management is a “Green” management company. On site, single- stream recycling is included in services offered. Benton Villa is a smoke-free property. No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the buildings. The “No Pets” policy is strictly enforced to respect the quiet enjoyment of all residents. Special needs are considered by request. This apartment needs a tenant for move in as of February 2026. We do not know which units will be available for the July/August 2026 term yet. We do have a waitlist started, if you want a call back once we have current tenant lease renewal answers back.
