Verified residentReview source: verified residentNo ceiling fans in bedrooms and you can't have them installed because electrical box can't support. No vent for air/heat in master bathroom. For these two reasons the upstairs is extremely warm. Master bathroom isn't connected to master bedroom. Water pressure in master bathroom is terrible even after maintenance repaired. Several areas where paint doesn't cover primer. I am the first one to occupy this townhome as it was just built.
