The Brenton Lofts opened January 1, 2020. Our building started out as Brenton First National Bank, originally built in 1967. The name isn’t the only thing we kept! The original bank vault remains in the basement of the building and has been turned into a one of a kind gaming room like no other anywhere in the Quad Cities!
Inside, you’ll find a cross between a modern industrial vibe and our historic building’s past. Some units have awe-inspiring high ceilings, while others have floor to ceiling windows, which offer amazing natural light, or private patios for added outdoor space. Every unit has a full kitchen appliance package and a full-size washer and dryer!
