It features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a nice big deck for summer and fall lounging, and in-unit laundry. It is walking distance to Coe College, the Uptown College District bars and restaurants (Moco, Old Neighborhood Pub, etc.), and easy access to Mount Mercy University, the Cedar River trail and I-380. Rent is $1325/month. Pets are welcome with a refundable deposit and pet rent. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. We cover lawn care/snow removal, and we cover snow removal/lawn care, internet and water.
