**Income restricted units have a Income Restricted Application, that must be completed. Applications can NOT be submitted online as all documentation, as further explained on page 11 of the application, must be submitted with the paper application. Any online applications received for this property will be cancelled and you will be contacted to complete the paper application. Application and ALL supporting documentation needs to be submitted to our office together or it will delay us in processing your application. They are processed on first come first served.
For all of our properties, our application and approval processes are as follows:
$40.00 application fee per adult.
We will run a Criminal Background check as well as a Credit Check.
We require all tenants to gross at least 3 times the monthly rent amount. (Combined if more than one adult in household). All documentation listed on Page 11 of application when submitting the income restricted application.
We will automatically deny an application for any balances owed to previous landlords, violence, felonies or evictions in the last 5 years.
