This spacious, fully furnished 2/1.5 cabin, with a loft bedroom, has a spacious layout that is great for a family or a couple. The main level has one master suite with a bath and another bedroom that adjoins a half bath. Upstairs in the loft is another bedroom or office. Rocking chairs are on the front deck or the wrap-around deck for enjoying privacy or entertaining. A large rock wood-burning fireplace with a spacious kitchen that opens into the living and dining. From this property, it is just a short walk to the Chalet Village Community trout pond and private pool for the residents. The monthly rental rate covers water, general grounds, sewer, and HOA fees. The resident is responsible for electricity and internet. This cabin is located in an HOA community that maintains regulations for your safety and enjoyment of the beautiful homes and views. The house is fully furnished except for bed linens. Just minutes to downtown Clayton, Dillard, and twenty minutes to Highlands and Franklin, NC.

Each Tenant over the age of 18 is required to submit an Application that includes Previous Rental History, Employment History, References, Credit Report and Background Check.
If Application is approved, a $500.00 Lease Deposit is required to draft the Lease Agreement for electronic review and signature.
$500 Lease Deposit is applied towards First month's rent.
In the event Tenant(s) decide not to proceed with signing the Lease Agreement after the draft has been sent for E-Sign, Tenant forfeits Lease Deposit.
First month's rent, Last month's rent, Security Deposit, and Non-Refundable Pet Fee in the amount of $300 per pet (if applicable) are due (7) days prior to your Lease Start Date. All remaining monthly payments are due on the First of the Month.
Tenants are required to provide the following (7) days prior to your Lease Start Date.
1. Renter's Insurance
2. Confirmation of Utility Services Ordered to include when applicable (Electric, Water/Sewer, Internet, & Gas).
To start, stop, or manage your Electric Service, you can visit the Georgia Power customer service portal.
To set up internet service, you can use Windstream.
A list of Utilities will be provided within the Lease Agreement for your reference.
No smoking is allowed inside the home, and no parties are allowed.
There is a two car limit for parking. All residents on the lease must adhere to the HOA regulations.
