***This property is available for a WINTER SKI LEASE for a minimum of 4 months starting as early as December 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

*$4,775/month plus utilities

*Entire balance for the ski lease will be due upfront.
*Natural Gas and Electricity accounts to be transferred into Tenant's name for the entire lease term and paid directly to the service provider by Tenant.
*$345 a month total for the fixed utilities. This amount a month pays for the water/sewer, trash, keyless entry and high speed internet service along with any on-time expense (damage plan, booking fee, utility transfer fees). The total amount (based on lease term) for the utilities is due upfront along with the rent.
*$1,000 non-refundable holding fee will be required upfront to secure the house. This fee will be applied to the deposit upon lease signing.
*Security deposit equal to one month's rent + $500 estimated move-out cleaning fee. If the house is left in excellent rental condition at move-out, with no cleaning needed and no damage, the entire deposit shall be refunded within 21 days.
*Tenant is responsible for the cost of plow service.

* Fully stocked kitchen with double oven, built-in gas range, stainless steel fridge, dishwasher

* Bonus room with pool table, basketball hoop, dart board, TV, bistro table (Pinball machine not available)
* Firestick-enabled TVs in all bedrooms and the living room
* 2-car garage plus additional steep driveway parking for 3-4 more vehicles

* Quiet neighborhood directly off Highway 267

* Street parking prohibited year-round
* Liability Renter's Insurance required
* Absolutely no smoking inside the home
* Pets not permitted - no exceptions!
* Wood for fireplace not provided
* Overhead Garage door not motorized
* Driveway is steep and may require appropriate winter tires, chains, and/or 4-wheel drive during winter conditions
* Pinball machine in the game room is not available for tenant use
