“There is only a few guest parking for the entire property. Some tenants are using the guest parking as consistent parking for their units instead of paying the annual fee or purchases a second parking spot. Some tenants are it doesn’t leave the actual guests parking spaces. The amenities are new and well kept which I did choose this property over 4 other apartment complexes because of that reason. The price is a little high for a one bedroom but it is gated and well kept so you do get what you pay for. Other properties I toured had two bedroom a couple hundred cheaper in the rent but not poor upkeep and very poor amenities. Another thing I would say is people smoking and it’s not only cigarettes it’s other things as well and I wouldn’t care if it was just me living here alone but I do have a child and don’t like to walk around the property smelling it.”
“Parking- people Parking far back and blocking safe passage on sidewalk. Person not authorized Parking in disabled parking for weeks. Noise- Trash valet is great but cart bangs around walls late at night sometimes at 10pm. Maintenance- requests submitted and cleared with no corrections, leading for us to correct ourselves.”
