“My rating for Maintenance is because as I do Love my Apt., repairs and fixings as cheap, quickly done and not very adequate. Parking is due to not enough options for covered parking in my specific area. Parking elsewhere is scary as I often get off work late and it is very dark in the area. Also, Even though a fairly safe area, I do have concerns parking too far from my Apt.
Overall, I am satisfied with everything else. Included electricity is what brought me back here for my 3rd time. I also LOVE the privacy screens that have been added too!!”
