Annual household income is based on gross annual income (before taxes and any deductions) earned/unearned from all sources including, but not limited to; employment, social security, unemployment, child support, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, etc. Documentation/verification will be required for all income, assets, and student status for all household members. *100% Full-time student households restrictions apply.*

I feel like this building is a diamond in the raw. Right now there is no maintenance on site so it is hard to give a positive score but in the six weeks I have lived here. I would say this place has definitely went up 90%. The staff Does as much as they can with the situation at hand with no permanent management or maintenance at this time. They really cleaned up the building, they make you feel very safe and they will definitely work with you.

The apartments only been open for a year and you truly cannot tell. It took management a while to get things in order but now in the process they are running off a lot of their tenants.
