“The location and management are great - maintainece is friendly but the quality of the appliances is lacking and their work on them is so-so. The apartments are surprisingly noisy.”
“Overall, it's a convenient location but if you're living on the ground floor you should consider the foot traffic and general level of noise. It's across a middle school so you can imagine how noisy it gets and the new Paloma market on Saturdays is an additional noise and parking inconvenience to consider.”
