Originally built in 1929 as “Murrays Cash Grocery” a neighborhood corner grocery store operated at the location for the next half century. Architectural elements have been restored to their original appearance by national historic standards. The building also hosts 4 apartments above the storefront space which will be rented as short term "Air Bnb" rentals.
Deposit equal to one months rent due on signing. Terms of lease require 24 month commitment at advertised rate, discounted rates available with 36, 48, or 60 month lease.
