“The leasing office doesn’t communicate clearly about a lot of things. Like they are overworked or just bad at communicating. The Maintenance team is one person on foot. Orders get marked completed that were not done. Some days it feels like a neighborhood and other days it feels like an apartment complex. Trash only runs one day a week so trash piles up.”
“My covered spot is too far from apartment...need more covered parking. I use dogpark every evening. It has been a good place to get to know people. Benches will not be conducive to conversation or moving to find shade. Please provide chairs as you have around pool.”
