K&O Properties has a stunning 2 bedroom/ 2-bathroom apartment for rent located at 3950 Fairway Hills Drive on the west side of Rapid City. Featuring 1192 square feet, larger deck, washer and dryer in each unit, central ac, and several outside amenities that are covered within the ad. Arrowhead Apartments are nested in the foothills of the Black Hills and located just minutes from the downtown area, numerous hiking trails, Canyon Lake Park, walking trails, ATV trails and other scenic routes located throughout the surrounding areas.
PET FRIENDLY. Accepting one pet dog or cat under 40 pounds with current shot record and weight records, a $500 pet deposit, and $50 monthly pet rent.
This unit will allow for one pet dog or cat under forty pounds, housebroken, and over one yeasr old. Dangerous dog breeds are not allowed. Dangerous breeds include but are not limited to: Perro de Canarios, Wolf Hybrids, Doberman Pinchers, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Pitbulls, and Caucasian Ovcharkas.
Craft Properties uses a program known as PooPrints to control unwanted animal waste. By doing this, we are able to keep up with the un-scooped dog waste and we are able to take immediate corrective action against residents that do not clean up after their dogs.
Before you move in you must bring your dog(s) to the K&O Property Management office to provide them with a DNA cheek swab sample of your pet. Please also bring a copy of your dog’s vaccination records. K&O Property Management will be registering your dog, for your unit, while you are here, which also includes a photo.
The process is very simple. Once you bring your dog to the office YOU will swab your pet with the provided kit. K&O Property Management will submit the DNA sample to PooPrints. Once the registration of your pet(s) is complete, any feces found on the property will be submitted for analysis.
Waste samples will be compared to the cheek swab samples on file and the owner who did not pick up after their dog will be fined $150. If the fine is not paid, the rental agreement will be subject to termination.
