This condo is completely non-smoking (this includes vaping) including the balcony. No Pets allowed. We only rent to adults over the age of 25 This unit is a 3rd floor walk up. This complex is NOT motorcycle or trailer friendly. This unit is available for monthly rentals from December 3, 2024 through April 3, 2025. Rent is $1,495 per month, security deposit is $1,495. A processing fee of $95 is due before move-in. Departure cleaning fees and any applicable taxes are additional.
