A tranquil seaside vacation awaits you at this Surfside Beach vacation rental where you can get some well-earned relaxation! This pet-friendly rental is the upper level of a split level home. It has four bedrooms and four full bathrooms. The home is partially updated and features all of the comforts of home. It has all major appliances including a washing machine and clothes dryer! Come enjoy the salty ocean breeze from either the back deck or side porch or stay inside and watch tv's on the days you feel like relaxing indoors! This community is in close proximity to countless attractions and offers something for everyone! Myrtle Beach State Park, Huntington Beach, Atalaya Castle, Brookgreene Gardens, and the Tupelo Bay Golf Center are minutes away. Come enjoy some fun in the sun at the Sanddollar beach getaway! The property has four bedrooms that all feature televisions and close proximity to the bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed. Bedrooms two and three both have a queen size bed, and the fourth bedroom has bunkbeds with a twin-size bed on top and a full-size bed on the bottom. The community amenities consist of the following: Large indoor pool, Tennis court, Volleyball net, and Fitness center Outdoor pool may not be available during your winter rental. Other things to note: This rental is pet-friendly for dogs only! Breed and weight restrictions may apply based on HOA rules and regulations. Non-refundable pet fee required. This property is completely non-smoking. Stairs are required to enter the unit. This is the upstairs level of a two-story home. The downstairs level is rented separately. The driveway parking is shared with the downstairs level. You are able to bring two normal-sized vehicles. We rent to families and individuals over the age of 25 only. Owner golf cart is not available for guest use - Ocean Side Village does have golf cart rentals available. Gate access card will need to be purchased from Oceanside Village. This unit is available for monthly rentals starting December 14, 2025, through April 30, 2026. Rent is $1495 per month, and the security deposit is $1495. A processing fee of $95 is due prior to move-in. Departure cleaning fees and any applicable taxes are additional.
