This apartment is very good in terms of management and parking.The only big problem is the noise between floors. I live on the 3rd floor, and the noise from the 2nd floor is so loud that it sounds like someone is yelling right next to me. Oh, in order to survive together in the community, we have to be careful not to make noise late at night.
The response time on maintenance issues or to connect with management is appalling. Pray there’s never a real time sensitive emergency, the response time is awful.
