These complexes frequently offer amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool. Living in this neighborhood will put you in the closest proximity to both Mentor and Cleveland. Just south of downtown, adjacent to Lake Erie College, you’ll find a small quiet community with a few rental options available, including apartments and rental homes.
