Newer windows, new plumbing, and new hot water heater. An application must be received to schedule a tour. Background and credit check required for all lease holders and will only be performed after deciding to move forward. This requires a non-refundable fee of $25/applicant. All residents 18 and over must submit for a background check and requires a non-refundable fee of $25/person. Rent includes the following: water, electric, trash, and propane. Pets are welcome, up to (4) total. Section 8/HUD is not accepted. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Lawn care is the responsibility of the tenant. Please be respectful of my and my current renter's time and cancel tours within a reasonable amount of time if you cannot make it.
