*Only one parking space available (there is no overnight parking allowed in the village of Liverpool in the winter). Upside it's a covered garage, so no digging your car out!
*Sorry absolutely no Smoking/ Vaping/ drugs/ dogs anywhere on premises.
*Requirements: Credit score around 700+ and monthly income close to 3x rent.
