Property DescriptionOpen the door to this all-electric, newly built 2026 home, and you'll be greeted by 16-foot ceilings, a skylight and windows looking out in three directions. This open concept great room also houses the kitchen, with white quartz countertops, soft-close cabinets and deep farm sink. Here you'll find stainless steel appliances, including a French-door refrigerator with water dispenser, high-efficiency dishwasher, microwave, and induction stovetop. The soaring cathedral ceilings continue through both bedrooms, each equipped with their own newly installed Mitsubishi mini split unit for year-round comfort. The interior walls are insulated with heavy duty rock wool to minimize sound travel, making the space both peaceful and private. This additional insulation contributes to the home's efficiency, helping to keep utility bills low. The primary bathroom features high-end Kohler fixtures, including a rain shower mounted at an oversize height, designed to maximize headroom and spray coverage. You'll also find a handheld nozzle and deep soaking tub, with multiple flow options and excellent pressure to create a fully customizable, spa-like experience. This bathroom is home to your in-unit washer and dryer, while an additional half bath across the hall is the perfect place to direct guests for easy hosting. Each bathroom is equipped with under cabinet toe kick heaters, ideal for warming feet on cold, winter mornings. Thoughtful touches have been added throughout, such as dimmers on every light switch, and in-closet and under-cabinet lighting. Perhaps the most practical addition: 200 square feet of dedicated storage space in the attic, a functional and rare find in the rental market. Designed with community-focused living in mind, this standalone unit shares a fully fenced outdoor space with a duplex that rounds out this well cared for compound. Just next door is local favorite Sorry Charlie, a stylish cocktail bar and pizza joint that is a pleasant surprise in this peaceful, residential neighborhood. Take the walking path along Delaware Ave and emerge in vibrant midtown, where you're steps from fresh pastries and coffee at Village Grocery. Head the other way down Newkirk Ave. and you'll find yourself in the historic and picturesque waterfront district, where you can stroll along the creek, pop into artful boutiques or enjoy some of Kingston's tastiest bites.
