Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals. STAY REQUIREMENTS: The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters' insurance, or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant's expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted. RATES PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Boats, Smoking, Pets, Charging Golf Carts Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box. DESCRIPTION: This 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms home features beautiful hardwood floors, unique touches of character, ocean views, and a spectacular location! As you enter, you are welcomed into the ground floor foyer. The first floor of the home offers a full bathroom and a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Upstairs you are welcomed by the stunning hardwood floors that guide you to the sleeping quarters. The first bedroom offers a pyramid bunk bed with a twin over a full bed, as well as a twin trundle. There is a television and attached jack and jill bathroom for added convenience. A second guest bedroom shares access to the jack and jill bathroom and is furnished with a queen-sized bed. The queen guest room also has a private deck that provides a glimpse of the ocean. Across the hallway you will find the primary bedroom complete with a en-suite bathroom that features dual sinks and a walk-in shower stall. The top floor of this home is accented by wood floors and spacious floor plan. An open concept living room makes a wonderful gathering space and flows to the kitchen and dining area. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large pantry to store all your groceries, and everything you need to make your favorite meals. There is a deck off the dining area with a cozy outdoor sofa that overlooks the ocean. There is also a half bathroom and laundry room with full sized washer and dryer for added convenience.
