We provide a social service by providing quality affordable housing to all people who put other people over their own interests. There are two rules. 1) pay to stay 2) play to stay. You must pay rent and play by the rules to stay.

If you have landlord debt or utility debt, you may required to pay additional fees or pre-paid rent to qualify. Certain kinds of debt shows past behavior that makes you a potentially riskier tenants, which may result in financial loss to the property owners if you need to be evicted for non-payment of rent or rule violation.
Criminal Background isn't important if you have turned away from the people and behaviors of your past. You must have a transformative story and at least several years from last occurance.
