Built in 1899 and listed on Park City's Historic Sites Inventory, 199 Daly Avenue has watched this town grow from a silver mining camp into one of the West's great mountain destinations. Tucked onto quiet Daly Avenue, one of the few FLAT streets in Old Town, just off the top of Main Street, it puts you minutes on foot from galleries, dining, and the Egyptian Theatre, with easy access to the Town Lift and Park City Mountain.
Picture your mornings here. You grab your skis from the shed out back, walk to the Town Lift, and you're on the mountain before most people have found parking. By afternoon you're strolling back down Main Street for an après drink, and by evening you're home in the hot tub on your private patio while dinner sizzles on the BBQ and the stars come out over the canyon.
Inside, 2,492 square feet of modern, fully furnished living feels warm the moment you walk in. Hardwood floors run through an open main level where the kitchen, with its gas stove, flows into a dining area that seats eight. Friends linger around the table long after the meal is over. The living room rises to vaulted ceilings, centered on a gas fireplace, with surround sound for movie nights, and opens straight onto that hot tub patio.
The main level guest bedroom has its own door to the patio and a private bathroom with a steam shower, the kind of retreat that makes visitors never want to leave. Upstairs, a loft invites slow Sunday mornings with coffee and a book, while two more bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, with a third full bathroom for added convenience and separation. Mini splits keep every room comfortable year-round.
A spacious pantry, plenty of storage throughout the home, three dedicated parking spaces, and a bike and ski shed take care of the details that make Old Town living easy, a rare luxury this close to Main Street.
AVAILABLE NOW for a 12-month lease. Homes like this rarely come along in Old Town. Come see yourself here.
