This scenic lake view house offers 3 bedrooms- 2 on the main floor and one in the basement, in the loft there's a built in sleeping bunks as well. As well as 2 baths- one on the main level and one in the basement. There is a warm wood fireplace for cozy evenings located in the basement. There is a washer and dryer for convenience, provided but not guaranteed. Large windows capture the surroundings, and the property provides a straightforward, well-maintained living space ideal for those seeking easy access to outdoor lake scenery. This property can be rented a couple different ways. The owners would rent it furnished as is or it can be unfurnished. There is a small garage that we can include or not. The kitchen is equipped with a propane stove for cooking. Tenant will be responsible for electric, propane and trash. Water in on a community well and owner will pay unless it goes over the amount allowed, tenant will be charged. Tenant is responsible for lawn care and snow removal. There is also a hot tub that can be set up and used for an additional fee.
