* Proof of Landlord Required Renter Liability (LRRL) insurance is required for all residents at the time a security deposit is placed on the unit. If proof of required coverage is not provided before or at the time of placing the security deposit, the renter(s) will be automatically enrolled in FolioGuard through AIS at a cost of $13 per month until acceptable proof of coverage is received. FolioGuard charges are billed on the 1st of each month, in addition to rent and any other applicable fees, and are not prorated.
