Very clean and well taken care of 3 bedroom/2 bath single family home in the quiet area of Many Lakes! House is located on Lake Douglas and features 1,750 sq feet along with ~150 ft of shoreline on the lake. The house has many great amenities, including a hot tub, outdoor fire pit and 4 indoor fireplaces. There is a front yard with swing set for children, back porch with outdoor dining, gated back yard and steps down to hot tub and outdoor fire pit. Parking available through the 2 car garage or driveway. There is a separate office area with a desk and chair for working behind the fireplace in the dining room. Internet is included in the monthly rent. The WIFI speed is 10 mbps. House comes fully furnished (tenant will only need to bring their own towels & bedding)! This includes two couches (upstairs couch is a sectional and downstairs couch folds out into a queen bed), all kitchen appliances, dining table that seats 6, all beds, dressers, and more! The master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on top and the downstairs 3rd bedroom has a king bed. Responsibility of tenant: gas, electricity, snow removal, and hot tub maintenance Included in the rent: Internet, home phone, and YouTube TV (cable) Snow removal is responsibility of the tenant. We have a snow blower at the house, which the tenant is able to use. Hot tub maintenance is responsibility of tenant. NO PETS ALLOWED - NO EXCEPTIONS. The house is available for rent on a month-to-month basis from 12/1/2026 - 5/31/2027 (or for entire duration listed). House is not available for rent during the summer months.
