-Animals must be under 25lbs (no exceptions and animals are not preferred)
-You must be able to provide a government issued ID and a valid SS#
-NO negative rental history (no prior evictions, no exceptions)
-We run criminal background checks and credit checks
-Must not have any violent felonies, or hard drug related felonies
-Must have a job and be able to provide W-2/1099 & paycheck stubs
