For this unit, Hilltop provides lawn care and trash service; tenant is responsible for water service through the City of Eldon and electricity through Ameren Missouri.

Pet rent is $25/month per animal, with a maximum of two pets.

In addition to the security deposit coverage, we require tenants to purchase and maintain a renters insurance policy that will provide liability coverage and will cover their belongings in the event of a loss.
